Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Amore Valenti & Co.. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
  • You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.
  • Return requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned:
  • Sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or print-on-demand items.
  • Perishable goods, personal care items, or cosmetics due to hygiene reasons.
4. How to Start a Return
We process all returns through our automated system. Please follow these steps:
  1. Log into your customer account on our website.
  2. Find the order you wish to return and click Request Return.
  3. Select the items you want to return, choose a return reason, and submit.
  4. If approved, an automated email will be sent to you containing your prepaid shipping label and further instructions.
5. Return Shipping Fees
  • We offer free return shipping. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you at no cost. (Upon meeting return item condition)
6. Refunds & Processing Time
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm its receipt and status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact lisa@amorevalenti.com right away so we can evaluate the issue, correct and make it right for you.
